Mp wash = basebase/10-2, so in your case 1 mp wash will result in 14 int.
Washing mp into hp costs 12 mp

so if i dont have int gear.
to wash 5 time (all ap) i need base of 200 right? 20mp for level +20*5 for ap to mp(120mp). then reset 12 mp to hp and 12mp to normal main stat.

More base int means more washes. If you can get 120 extra mp from your mp washes, you can wash mp into hp 10 times. If you only get 12 each mp wash (140 base int), you get 5 hp washes for 5 mp washes.

Don't forget the -2 in the mo wash fornula (int/10-2). 200 base int will result in 18 extra mp when you mp wash

Can you make your point clearer?

    Are you trying to

    1. Mp wash 5 times after levelling and resetting MP to HP 5 times and then resetting excess 5 MP to Dex resulting in 10 AP reset per level up

    2. Get enough int to directly wash out MP to Dex when levelling (levelling with 600 int to get 60 MP) (5 AP resets)

People who wanna wash 30k hp LOL

But anw, if it's 1 then 140 base int will give you

14 MP (levelling) and 12x5 mp (mp wash) for a total of 74 excess MP, at a cost of 5 AP resets. After which you can convert the excess MP to 6 HP points using 6 AP resets. You don't need 220 base int for that

so is every fresh ap to mp give "12+(base int)/10-2"?

and is it possible to save ap for a few lvls. then reset for base int. and then start to add the new ap to mp?

No... You gain mp for leveling with int and for mp washing. The formula is mp gained = (base int/10)-2. That's it. There is nothing more to it. You can save level ap an add it to mp whenever you want. Just have the base int when you do add the level ap to mp

mp washing is add fresh ap to mp, then reset it back to main stat right?
when i reset its -12 mp (on bm). so if the formula of mp gained = (base int/10)-2. where i get the extra 12?

it will be more simple if you just answer the question.

Yes, this is also reccommended. Begin hoarding ap resets and saving AP. This way, when you have enough resets to reset all your stat to the base int that you want, you can just use your save'd AP to MP wash.

It also makes leveling for you a lot easier since you arn't losing that much damage.

    You misunderstood Angbak's statement
    Mp washing is
    1) add ap to MP (you again x MP)
    2) reset from MP to stat (you lose y MP)
    Net gain = x-y. = (base int/10) - 2.
That's all, how much u gain is based on that formula, not "extra 12mp"
He was saying if you have 140 base int ,and if u use all 5 fresh ap to mp wash.
You will gain (total int/10) from level up + 5 x (base int/10)- 2 from the five MP washes.

I don't quite understand this statement, can clarify?

I just asked how much mp i get when i add fresh ap. I dont know what mp washing is..

Maybe i will clarify what i want to do.
I want to lvl up without base int. And savethe 5 fresh ap each level(i wont add them to anything). After lets say 10 levels i will have 50. Then i will reset from dex to int so i get to 140 int. Then add all the 50 to mp. Reset from mp to hp. And reset from mp to dex.
And when im done i reset 140 from int to dex.

Every ap that doing this cycle will take -24 mp. Thats why i want to know how much fresh ap to mp gives..

Is there a better way to get hp by 10 levels?(mp washing) ?

Ah. Yes you gain the extra 12 mp too, which you will wash out of mp again. So the mp you gain with adding 1 ap to mp WITHOUT deduction is 12+((base int)/10)-2

Mp washing ui the best way to gain extra mp (and therefore hp). Unless you go hunting and het the tier10 monsterbook ring
