Uhm I've seen people go for 80-120 int but it depends on what HP you want at the end.

Illbis are around 500-600k from what I understand
from your 10-21 you can do some quests to level up quickly ( The screw quest from Floating Market, NLC quiz, Green slime from Amoria, Shumi's lost coin)
21-31 KPQ
31-35 Ariant (Might be a little hard)
35-45 LPQ LPQ LPQ LPQ (You can do KFT quests here too)
45-56 EPQ EPE EPQ
56-65 (I'm not entirely sure... Maybe leech?)
65-100 (I think you can PPQ [to 101] or maybe leech?

Going to put a 50int base HP calculation using chew's calculator:

50 Base INT with no INT items (no zak helm, only T1 ring at lvl 50):


Raw HP: 5,021
Max Damage you can tank with meso guard: 10,042

HP After HB: 8,033
Max Damage you can tank with meso guard, after HB: 16,066

Raw HP with T10 Monster Ring: 6,021
HP After HB, with T10 Monster Ring: 9,633
Max Damage you can tank with meso guard, after HB, with T10 Monster Ring: 19,266

with 19,266 effective HP, im sure you can take some damage from Pink Bean.
Not sure about 40 Base INT, but 50 Base INT imo is pretty playable too, give it a try

 

To tank PB touch damage you need like 12,250 HP after HB, or about 7.7k before. Given that Assassinate is pretty up close and personal I don't think it would be very easy to avoid taking touch damage, but I don't actually play shad so someone who does and PB'd on one should pitch in and comment.

 

Yeah, you'll often find yourself right on top of PB with how short assassinate's range is so you'd definitely want at least that much HP if you plan to PB.
