    Whenever I want an above average Angelic Betrayal from my CD farm all I get are below average AB's.

    The chaos gods dictate by default that you can only get good shit when you're not looking for it.

    The chaos gods also dictate that your scroll success rate is remarkably based off how much you want it and how much you've prepared for it. The more hype you build up towards it and the more preparations you make, the higher the chance is it all blows up on the first scroll, or ends up being a +0 0slot item.
