    Hey i am new here and i just created an account.
    I have 1 character which I can't enter because there is a notice that says: "This is an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection".

    I'll be glad if you can fix this. :)

    If you aren't in fact banned restarting your router might fix this issue.

    My sister & I both live in the same house, she likes to play Maplestory a lot. Perhaps she was banned, however this is my very first account. Is there a way to go around this? Thanks
