Have you tried to checking your accounts dashboard? To check your accounts details login here https://maplelegends.com/ and click on "My account" located at the left side shown below


Once there it should show if you're been banned or not as shown here


If it says Banned: Yes
Then you should appeal here https://forum.maplelegends.com/index.php?forums/ban-appeal.91/

 

I just downloaded the game today and also registered today. having the same issue.

 

I think it has to be from connectivity issues from the server, try again now and see if you still get the issue.

Tengo un problema similar, en mi cuenta, al tratar de acceder nuevamente, despues de un tiempo sin actividad, me sale el mensaje
"THIS IS AN ID THAT HAS BEEN DELETED OR BLOCKED FOR CONECTION"
PLEASE CHECK AGAIN

Pero al consultar mi cuenta en maplelegends, me dice que "no" estoy baneado

Restart your router, if that doesn't work make a ban appeal.
