Resolved i'm having trouble voting.....

Hi um, every time i try to vote, (after waiting the for the time to reset) i'm getting the message that i already voted and i don't get the points. 0.o''

if any one can help me figure out the problem would be great.

OK so i tried to vote and still the same response

 

So that leaves me with:
1] my IP is being used.... so how do i check if my IP is being used???
2] my IP is being blocked...how can i check if my IP is blocked??? and what could be the reason.
