improvement for Heros "Panic" Skill

im not sure if youre aware to the panic changes that they made. Panic consumes 5 orbs instead of 10 now and you can alternate panic and brandish (get 10 orbs > panic > brandish > brandish > repeat).

Using this you can get an increase of at least 1M dpm when done correctly and fluently. (sometimes even 1.5M)
I completely disagree with hero's dmg being MUCH MUCH lower than Pally and especially not MUCH MUCH lower to drk.
Here is an example for dummy DPM with all buffs (si/se/mw30/echo/enrage):

Panic dosent need any additional fixes/changes. Learn the technique

you are probably not doing that correctly, i will can try editing this message later with a only brandish use dpm to compare

 

only SI/SE/Enrage/mw20 , first dpm is using only brandish, second dpm is alternating brandish and panic

Make sure your keyboard repeat delay is at its shortest setting.

 

if DrK does more damage than Hero it's deserved tbh

 

still the same? i thought the improved zerk will give a noticable boost as compared to heroes hahah

 

Most “important” fights make it pretty difficult to make the most of zerk. Against target dummies, similarly geared DrKs should outdamage Heroes iirc but most players aren’t skilled enough to pull off the same numbers in actual fights.

 

aight I see no stats from dks on this thread so I'll throw some in
1st dpm is with no si no se mw20 on cider at 12kish hp, single target

2nd dpm is with no si no se mw20 on cider using hyperzerk once, single target

3rd dpm is with no so no se mw20 on cider sitting at 1 hp the whole 1 minute duration, single target


here's what I got for three target cleave
1st dpm no si no se mw20 on cider at 12k hp, three target cleave

2nd dpm no si no se mw20 on cider using hyperzerk once, three target cleave

lmaoo icic. guess the situation hasnt changed at all, and OP just want a buff on hero, using whatever means possible.

 

I don't know if SE and SI buffs are additive or multiplicative, but those together should take you over 8.6m alone, without factoring in mw30 gains

 

drks still got social capital. look at the amount of drks/hb mules in pb vs heroes. that itself beats any dpm.

 

Believe SE is additive on Hero but multiplicative on DrK.

EDIT: I’m a dumbass, I meant Combo is additive with SE and Zerk is multiplicative, but the brain went and said something completely different. SE is additive.

 

IMO we need more end game content where cleave is valued, that would be better than any swing over single hit
