Increase NX drops from 100/250 to 250/500

As the title suggests, increase the default NX drops from 100/250 to 250/500. The 100 NX cards don't feel impactful at all compared to gacha/rare gacha/250 NX cards when you see them drop. As a player who joined after the 500/1000 NX cards were removed, this would also be a huge plus for farming NX for washing in the future.
