Islander Raffles

    Normally for events, islanders could raffle at level 30+, but for this event, Fredrick doesn't have the raffle option on maple island. Can we get that implemented? If not can we get a reasoning why this event is different from the other events / if this is going to be the new island norm. Thanks!
