[Leech]Monster Arena: Fast Early Game Level Up

Most of you might be wondering what is this all about. Yes, it is a new leeching method. I haven't test it out thoroughly, but the initial testing have already been splendid!

How splendid? Based on the epm and exp table, it basically takes ~30mins to level from 1 to 30. I believed that no current leech/quest is fast enough to be comparable. If you are planning to make new washing character/mule, this method might speed up your ordeal!

Alright, enough with the rambling, this is the method that I found. No, it is not done by the mages, nor is it done by drk. Who can control monsters in all the jobs?

Mainly the skill Hypnotize

So how does this leech work?

Basically, use the skill hypnotize, and pit them against each other! After they are fighting with each other, depending on how much damage they did, your leechers will get the corresponding amount of exp.

Now, here is the interesting part:

This works on ALL levels, even if the monster is level 120 and your leecher is level 1, your level 1 leecher will still get the exp! This is conjecture, but I think a high damage, high exp and low hp monster is ideal, therefore I tried it on Dragon Forest 3. I don't know for sure, and it mostly likely isn't, the ideal map for this method. But even then, I clocked about 1m eph duo. 550k eph hexa. Yes, 6 leechers. This method does not require you to be in a party with the Corsair, and it also does not need Holy Symbol (This is still unclear, my testing shows this result but I have not seen HS to give more exp)

Also, I did this method with level 1 hypnotize. It is a 43% success rate that controls monster for 21 sec. I suspect that with max level hypnotize, the eph might be increase, just that I am unsure by how much. Probably hitting extra 20% roughly? With more exploration and better gameplay, I am optimistic about this method.

This way of leeching also disregards the exp ratio splitted between attacker and leecher. There are times where I see the leecher getting more exp than the attacker (This is with HS), but generally, the exp seems to be splitted rather equally than the standard ratios of attacker:leecher.

Anyway, there you have it. This method is short and simple. The setup required is basically only a Corsair, therefore nothing much to say about it. I haven't really tested much, but I did try on a level 8 storage mule. The levels just go brrrrr. Hope you enjoy!

 

Tried it with level 9 and level 8 mules, results were pretty random (didn't get 1m again, but might be due to low level of hypnotized), but it is still pretty fast.

Tested at Dragon Forest III, 3 times @epm 3.
