Still on the topic of music, I've been getting into the niché genre of bardcore on youtube. It's kind of silly, but there are a few that really bring me back to the renaissance. This video (and everything about her channel) is one of my favourites.

I like it. I'm not a fan of Lady Gagag, so I had no idea that was a rendition of her song. I listened to several others, and I appreciate the genre. Although, the attempt on "What is Love?" didn't ring true because the syncopation sounds African in origin - which wouldn't be true Renaissance style music...still fun, though!

It also reminded me of one of my lesser-favorite artists, Loreena McKennitt.
