Hey guys, I've been training at 5-6 for a while now and I'm wondering if there are any better spots to train at for a level 160 i/l mage with max blizzard. Is Neo-Tokyo better than 5-6?

    Nope

Although you can probably go to obi4 for a change of scenery once you can 1 hit.

Yup that is probably the most efficient spot if you want to level fast (Mages can get 100m+ exp per hour)

Alternatively, you can try Obv4, Petris, Duku if you are bored.

I am not sure about Obv4 but the exp gained at Petris/Duku is lower when compared to Shaolin 5-6, but it still give respectable numbers.

Neo Tokyo is most prob used for quest/bossing and getting the new equipment
