Other Linux abnormal program termination (9/11 client)

Hi,
I've been running ML on Ubuntu (22.04 LTS) using wine for the last several months and recently updated to the 9/11 client. I've been getting the error below, with a C++ runtime error popping up (abnormal program termination). Interestingly, I can log in and navigate to character select, but immediately d/c when I select a character.

I've tried re-installing wine (Win 98 in winecfg), and overwriting ws2_32.dll and ws2help.dll per the Linux installation thread. I don't have anti-virus on this machine. Are there new dlls to use or is there something else going on? TIA!
