Update Live Party Quest changes: July 27, 2018

Hello,

The following changes have been made to party quests.

Orbis Party Quest (OPQ) (in order of the stages):

Old EXP:
6000, 7500, 7500, 7500, 7500, 7500, 7500
New EXP:
6,800 - 8,100 - 9,000 - 9,800 - 11,800 - 13,500 - 17,500

Pirate Party Quest (PPQ) (upon completion):
Old PPQ: 52,500
New PPQ: 65,625

These changes are applied and under review immediately. Do note that while these changes happened we are still looking at other stuff at all times.
