    Hello,

    The following changes were made related to Gachapon:
    -Increased the chance to get Chaos Scrolls from Gachapon if you hit Legendary

    This change is now applied immediately.

    Further tweaks may be made related to Gachapon. If so, another thread will be made

    Basically how RNG works is that it picks a category (which is a specific % each) then it picks an item from the category (which once again is a %). The % for Chaos Scrolls when you get Legendary got increased.
