Notice Looking for Windows & MAC testers that GFX (black screen crash) a lot

Before the cash shop update I would lag at cake, but the refresh rate was just high enough that I could still hit it 150 times. After the cs update, got pink squares and floating eyes in the cake map / DC. After weapons were removed no more floating eyes, but still have a refresh rate roughly once per 10 seconds, D/C once in a while.

I could help out i do DC with a black screen constantly.. basicly cant even enter cake map, do zak or even some times invite ppl to party or use genesis f3

After having the game open for a while or entering FM, the background kinda glitches out. Monsters disappear, background changes, sometimes my screen is just entirely black but I can still walk around in the game.
I also instantly disconnect when I walk into cake map.

Using my GPU-less laptop on WiFi, I have no disconnection problems apart from a few cc dc issues that I can live with.

I d/c at Zak sometimes (3/10 runs?) if I forget to GFX. Frequent d/c in regular maps after the Anniversary Patch rolled in, much better after the Rev4 files but still d/c sometimes. I d/c both on integrated graphics card and my Nvidia card.

 

Nowhere near high enough level to do bossing, and it appears multiple people are doing cake boss as their tests, so I'm not quite sure how much help having another test it would help, but I would be happy to do so.

I have been banned at cake event a total of 5 times across 2 toons. Some players might notice that there are people with a "delayed" random death in the cake map yet they did not unequip the mitten. The reason being is that sometimes the map induces server lag that makes everything (chat, attacks, drops, game play) have like a two minute delay.) Would like to test during my "laggiest" time to try to force another ban.

I have been dcing during the event boss countless of times since release. I actually play fine during bosses such as Hontail and zakum ( In Royals) and monster drops dont make me lag at all. I dont know if its because of my computer specs... but ill be happy to help if i can any way thats possible.

Since I am still low level I can't boss. But I'll try to cake boss and see what happens!

 

I find it depends on how many things are on screen at once. If people have their pets out, dropping items, and having the local chat bubbles come up or even opening a UI window (ie. inventory), it's almost always a instant D/C for me. So I would say anywhere between 4 to 10 times a run. Whilst as I mentioned in the maintenance post, when the chat was muted when cake boss spawned, I had zero D/Cs whilst running the client on my desktop (1060GTX card), though I didn't try opening any UI windows.

 

I'm in the same boat, thankfully. But it's too bad for everyone else suffering.

Edit: it happens everytime he spawns or dies. But it wont crash if he is already spawned.
