Make the quest: "Bartol's Request" repeatable

Well I truly hope the GMs will make this a reality. The Long ship rides sure are nostalgic...up to a certain point. After a while the 20 min or so wait time just becomes a burden

 

Would it be possible to still give out 5 passes the first time this quest is repeated? Otherwise a new player might use their one ticket and get stuck in omega sector with no easy way of going back

Plz don't forget, this is the single most hype feature I was looking forward to this patch!
Is this still doable? if you're still patching things this week and adding PQs and bosses.

i dont agree on making warp cards repeatable.

But you don't ride the full journey. At least boat rides allow you to take a break from the game so I disagree with repeatable quest.

 

I think there are 2 decent options in making the quest repeatable without making the capsules the only way to transport.
1. Make a new quest with items from outside VI, for higher lvls that rewards 5 capsules but is not as easy to obtain.
2. Make the same quest repeatable from the same lvl but rewards you with only 1 capsule each time it's completed.

Making it repeatable only once a week/month would make it not as useful imo.

Not sure how to feel about this, honestly. On one hand, I'd love for Omega Sector to be more accessible. On the other hand, I'm a firm believer in mandatory boat rides. LOL
I suppose if it was 1 per day or 1 per week or every 2 days it would not be any worse than people saving NX for teleport rocks, right? People would still need to get Eos rock scrolls or warp capsules to quickly travel to Ludibrium, too.

 

it is accessible, go through ludi and use eos tower scrolls. some quests gives the capsules.

 

people just dont want to wait on boat rides \o/

 

If people are worried that the warp cards will be used to fast travel instead of their intended purpose (incentivize lower level players to visit Omega Sector), limit the repeatable version of the quest to level 70- or so (last Omega quest is lv65 I think). They are untradeable, so you can't farm them and transfer to your main.
