Maybe maple weapons are a reward. (I saw a gm wearing a maple weapon so they are in the game...).

 

Of course they're in the game, v62 had them. I doubt (and hope) it isn't maple weapons. They pretty much make all other weapons useless.

I agree I wouldnt be happy to see them appear either, just saying it might be though.

 

My guess is that we will have maple weapons tho... and maybe an under the maple tree chair as reward?

 

The old fashioned maple weapons for level 35 and 43 were not really game breaking right? Because I believe the level 64 were not implemented in v62, so should be fine with the level 35 and 43. As Most jobs have higher level (shinobi, elemental wands, liu bei dagger, the golden bow thingie, skiis) weapons this would not break the high level content. It would make it easier and cooler for the lower level 30ish range to continue mapling.

Gladly supporting it if the rewards will be the level 35 and 43 maple weapons.

Kind of bummed that the first half events are getting axed for no apparent reason. Haven't been able to play much lately. Will this next event have a chance at Maple Bandanas? Would really suck to not be able to get the originals at all... again.

Oh it stops earlier than the second part . Don't feel too bad, the bandanas are quite hard to get.

 

I've done a couple hours of grinding already, so I know its not "easy" by any means haha.
I know this server strives to be as classic as it gets, but there's a lot of good reasons the official servers moved to a token system for all their events after year 2. This is one of them
