MapleLegends General Typo / Small errors thread

Casey in Henesys Game Park requests for 100 Monster Cards to make A set of Match Cards.

But when doing the exchange, it only deducts 50 Monster Cards.

 

This was a change Kimmy did to make Match Games & Omok Tables easier to make for casual players. I think this was done a couple years ago, but, yes, the text for Casey was never updated to reflect this change.

 

Core blaze says 177 in the monster book, whereas its actual level is 178

The last part as a whole: "Chrishrama said they (the) only way I can get (get what?) is to talk to Mike who's guarding the entrance of the dungeon." But Mike has shit all to say about this – see screenshot above.

 

Kriel has had a bit too much to drink this Christmas and thinks these are found in El Nath. And also forgot what monster actually drops the seeds.

 

A few white pixels on the Tristan hair style could be fixed by filling them in with the same color in the strand of hair. I think colors other than brown are also affected.

 

Nib chair actually heals 15HP and 40MP per 10 seconds.

There are quite a lot of chairs with incorrect or incomplete descriptions regarding HP/MP gains…
But yeah, I think some additional staff for general typos and cleanup would make the game feel more polished.

ah never mind. it was because the Nero bell was in the Ring section which shifted 1 item from each cathegory into the other

 

I think a minus sign "-" is missing on the MP 15.

Buddy list is not in true alphabetical order, but ABCDE...XYZabcde...xyz order. Bothers me more than it probably should.

 

The 3.3 Harassment in the in game ToS is not on a new line.

 

On page 8 in the Beginner's Guide (https://maplelegends.com/lib/etc?id=4161001), it states:

However, the correct command is /partyexpel, not /partyexpell. The description has the same typo; expells should be expels.

As a side note; I would love if the Beginner's Guide mentions /? and any of ~cmds, !cmds, or @cmds. That way the rare soul that actually reads through the book before yeeting it knows how to look up all the commands.

On another tangent; /? is missing /alliance and /spouse.

 

Should be, "...then I want you to prove to me..."


The names of the NPCs don't match the names in the quest "A Search for Brother"
