Guide for MAC MapleLegends not working on my Mac

Hi I'm having issues running the game on my mac. I double click it or right click and 'Open' it, and the icon pops up at the bottom for a little bit, the wineskin window pops up for like 3 seconds, and then it just disappears and so does the icon at the bottom. I've tried redownloading multiple times, I tried the things on the guide including [MapleLegends Doesn't Run OR Bounces on Doc and Disappears] and [IF You're on Mac OS 10.7 or Older]. The last time I have played was probably in December. I don't know if this would affect it or not, but I spilled water on my Mac a few weeks ago, but it still works fine and it just has a weaker battery. I doubt it has an effect on this, but just in case. Thank you so much! I look forward to your reply

 

After I did the instructions for [IF You're on Mac OS 10.7 or Older] and did the Wineskin thing for like 2.22, when I run maplelegends, the icon just appears at the bottom and stays there for a little bit and nothing pops up

 

It did not work The icon still just appeared at the bottom and no window for maplelegends popped up

 

Okay I will try it! Do i need to do anything with the XQuartz stuff

 

when i tried redownloading from the zip, this message popped up:
"The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Please contact the software manufacturer for assistance"

so then I deleted everything and redownloaded from the site but nearly when its finished, the download said it canceled. this happened twice

 

I restarted my Mac and redownloaded everything. the same problem happened again, but then i refreshed the wineskin and then everything worked! thanks so much everyone
