    I think it would be good to give these goodies for people who started 1-2 weeks ago, such as the comment before mine or me myself. When I started I tried using that code from Twitter but didn't work, then I was like "Oh well, they just started an event and didn't post new code, so maybe there won't be one." and created my new account (ign Diabinha) and started playing, just to know days later there IS a new promo code, even though it isn't that game changing. But I would love to get this new pet...

    Yeah I feel the same. It said to check twitter for promo code and the only thing was "OldSchoolMapleStory," which was expired and I also thought they stopped the promo. I guess we were just unlucky to find out about the promo after creating a new account.
