This will be useful for the extremely common question of "how do you earn mesos as a beginner" that comes up on the discord every single day.
By the way at level 85 there are a bunch of other quests that could get you scrolls like OA Int30 and GFA 30, but the rewards are a lottery:

1) The big cloud fox etc is valuable because you can exchange them for a chance at Brown Work Gloves in Showa.

2) At Ulu2, it is possible to get a ton of equips, including Red Cravens which are worth quite a bit if its high att.

In my humble opinion these are all very good options for those who are looking for an alternative to leeching, but I would not do them myself because drop rates can get quite bad for myself sometimes and there is no consistent meso/hr compared to leeching. Additionally, meso up mule may not be good at lower level maps because the meso drops may not be that high to begin with.

1. Respectively, these weren't meant to be compared to leeching, it was just straight-up options to participate in regardless of drop-rate. Also, a healthy way to farm if you can't find any buyers/sellers and lot of leech maps are full so these are places to relax at while you wait for a map to be opened. If maps weren't always full then people wouldn't make a lot of "add more channels" threads and "provide more dungeons" threads.

2. Meso UP mule is fine for all considering it's better than nothing and it is mostly for "all-in" players, let alone, you can expel the party member after you buff the attacker. This isn't for the "best" meso/hr, it's for meso farming in general.

3. Most new players don't have a lvl 120+ mage to sell leech from the start so it is good to try these while you are waiting for members for a party quest or some desired training maps to be opened. This also helps players who want to farm and train with their attackers if they are not in the mood to play mage and/or just have a disgust for it. The maps are still very good if you don't have any of the recommendations.

I do remember seeing a player get Brown Work Gloves from the item trader in showatown.

If you're looking for an alternative to selling leech, and you have an attacker (lvl 150+), these maps are pretty good too. There are a few places around the 8m/hr mark.
