Minor dialogue issue with Ellin PQ earrings

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
When turning in the 30 Altaire Fragments and the normal earrings to get the Glittering Earrings, Ellin says that you only need 20 Altaire Fragments, despite taking 30 from you. It is the dialogue that appears once you actually have the 30 fragments and the first earrings and you start getting the new ones.

It made me think I wasted time doing an additional 10 PQs

What is supposed to happen?:
She should say the correct number of fragments needed (30).

Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
I noticed it when turning in the fragments for the Glittering Earrings.

A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
- Get the first set of earrings from Ellin PQ
- Do 30 more pqs and get 30 Altaire Fragments
- Talk to Ellin, say you want the Glittering Earrings
- On the next dialog box, she'll mention that you need 20 instead of 30
