Not a Bug Missing APs after MP washing

Description of the bug:
I putted a lots of APs into MP at once and noticed that I am missing 4 APs after doing that(I mostly buy the exact amount of APRs so i can tell how many washes i need todo)

What is supposed to happen?: my other level 70 chars has "362" total APs while my miniBish only have "358"

Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:

A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
I honestly have no idea how it happened, i just putted a lots of APs into MP then started using APRs MP into int
Extra information (optional):
I also opened a !gm tix, I got a reply that says i have APs in MP/ HP but as you can see on pic I cannot wash them out even thou I have ~55 avail MP washes that I can do
am I missing anything?
