Unfixable Mouse clicks on items stop working

Hello everyone

This happens every now and then. I'm playing as usual and out of nowhere, my mouse will not click on items. I can click on the menu, change settings (using the mouse and clicking), I can hover over Exp bar and the numbers show. But when I hover over items, in my inv or equipped, nothing shows up, nor I can click them or drop them.

I've tried CC'ng, changing resolutions and window size settings, and the only thing that fixes it is relogging.

It's not that bad, I can always relog and keep playing. It only bothers me when I'm PQing and can't drop items, which sometimes screws the whole party.

I play on a Mac, and use the touchpad as mouse, if it helps.

I'm not sure if it's only me (never heard anyone with this problem before).
