Multi i/l farming at roids

Short demonstration of me farming at roids:

Gains from 20 hours of farming:
405 common tickets, 49 rare tickets, 201 hong baos, 156.4m[after selling mob drops to npc], 104x 10% earring for luk

Avg per hour:
20.25 common, 2.45 rare, 10.05 hong baos, 7.82m, 5x 10% earring for luk

Total pots used per hour:
About 8 mana bull per char, so 64 mana bull per hour

Thoughts:
This is much more afk compared to multi-hero shouting at lupins, so, multi-hero most likely will be shelved away permanently. Unless roids get nerfed or something.

However, most likely won't be farming much at roids with the mages, probably at most 100 hours?

Mainly because, 2~3 weeks ago, my irl friends convinced me to join back maplesea with them, and the lvl-ing svc I bought from a week ago should be done in a week or two.

Honestly, already sort of regret joining back, but I have already spent $25k~ on end game eqs and lvl-ing svc, have to at least try out the new bosses before I decide on what to do with the eqs.

Give or take, I will probably be farming with the i/l mages until the end of this month, hopefully reaching at least 100 hours of farm time.

I have like 5x 3 att facestompers that I bought and have been hoarding, doing nothing with them.

Hopefully, after I'm done farming, I will have enough cs+ws to scroll the facestompers.

Before I go on hiatus, will probably want to spend all my spare coins, so if another 3 att facestomper or 8/5 bwg/ym come up on the market, I will try to buy them.

Would ideally prefer to try cs+ws at least x2 8/5 bwg/ym before I go on hiatus, but I will see how things go.

Will update this journal every few days, or probably just when I'm done with farming.

With the 500~ 10% earring for luk I obtained from farming roids, and about 100 30% earring for luk that I bought, managed to make 2x 15 luk single earrings. Should be able to sell both for at least 1~1.1b.

Also bought a 8/5 ym for 1.75k coins.

Don't think another 8/5 is going to come up soon. So most likely just gonna be ws+cs one 8/5 ym.

Should take a few days for me to either use/sell all the scrolls from gacha + use up all my coins + sell some eqs. If some eqs don't sell, I will just keep them and sell them when I come back from hiatus.

After the above, will then cs+ws the 3 att facestompers and 8/5 ym.

If I do get good results, will just try to sell the eq at cheap price, then try to spend all the coins asap.

In any case, before I go on hiatus, I want to be at 0 coins.

Took a look at when event would be ending 2~3 days ago, and saw that there was only 50+ hours till event end, so decided to just farm till the event ends, especially since I won't be farming for months after this.

33 hours farmed:
690 common, 97 rare, 334 hong baos

Hong baos:
32 common
6 rare
14 pouch 1 [avg 28] obtained 26
5 pouch 2 [avg 30] obtained 29
35 coins
1x sweet sugar chair
36 new year rice cake
22 cooked sea bream
38 nice year rice soup
18 20% clean slate scrolls

Forgot to include how many clean slate scrolls 20% I got previously, so just to note here, it was around 47 if I remember correctly from 1053 hong baos.

From total tickets of 722 common and 103 rare:
5 yellow lines from common: all 5 are cs/ws
2 yellow lines from rare: 1 ws and 8 ma purple gaia cape

Btw, I'm exchanging most of the cs/ws into pouches and opening them, just so I can get all the cs/ws on one char. So, I probably will be -200 coins just from doing this.

Most of my equips have been sold, so once I'm done sorting the gacha loots out, will start cs+ws.

 

Nope, think I have done 0 bosses since I joined this game, if I don't include buying helm/neck svc.

I play basically to farm and scroll. Since that's a part of what I enjoyed the most during osms, and I still enjoy it now.

Of course, it does get boring up to a certain point, and when that point reaches, most of the time I just clean out all the mesos/coins in my accounts and quit. Then join back at a later time again when I feel like playing this server again. Think I did it 2 or 3 times, so far?

I did create a nightlord that's lvl160+ and is ready to be washed to 30k hp now, but I honestly have 0 anticipation toward bossing. Mainly made one because I didn't experience washing back then.

At the top of my head, few of the things I enjoyed a lot when I played osms:
1. Socializing, especially at channel 1 henesy market/cc20 fm. [The socializing aspect in this game isn't the same for me anymore]

2. Selling terrible eph vikerola leech while charging full prices. I remember back then I was selling [buyer cover pot cost + mesos/@cash per hour], and my mp was always used up in 2 ulti. Was an am too, so no hs for seller.

3. Spending $5~10 of my daily allowance on @cash every day to buy cosmetic or gacha.

4. Scrolling and collecting rare chairs.

5. Bossing with friends [Same as point 1, for me, the bossing experience in this server won't be the same as osms]

So of all the points, point 2 and point 4 are the only things I'm doing now on ml.

Point 1, 3, 4, and 5, I do it on main maple server.

 

Alright, I'm done scrolling, so I'm done playing and will be going on a long hiatus.

Scrolled a bunch of 3 att fs, 1x 8/5 ym, cs some racc mask, scrolled a tma earring, and a bunch of random eqs that I sold cheap.

Made 1x 40 tma earring (sold), 1x 7dex 7acc mask (sold).

8/5 ym went -3 and +5, sadly -3 on wa, and +5 on weapon def.

Facestompers actually failed a bunch of ws+cs, got a lot more fails than pass, think I prepared 50+ total cs and ws, ended up being barely enough, and I just raw cs the last few slots.

Nothing came out from the fs, except one almost made it, think it got to, 8/2, then to 4/0. +4 on this fs, failed 1 cs on it, and wasted one slot.

Still have some mesos and coins, but will just treat them as pot mesos/leech mesos for when I come back.

Maybe will come back to take a look when there's an interesting event.

But more than likely, should be a year till I come back and farm again.

By then, should finally have enough nx on my x6 shadowers to wash them and I can start lvl-ing them.

Also, will have enough nx on my x8 bowmasters to reset some skills, and I will then level them all to 139 and start testing out some other maps to farm.

However, main goal when I come back will most likely be getting my nl to 180, then do a bit of bossing, and probably I'm done with the nl forever.

Gotta do something with the nl for a bit at least since I already made it and it's ready to wash.

Pretty much the same as i/l farming at roids, except I use arrow blow to farm.

Qol wise, mages at roid are better compared to archers at roid.

The archers do give more rare tickets per hour compared to mages though since the archers are using single-target attack skill compared to the mages who are using multi-target attack skill.

Currently only tested the archers at roid. Have some other maps in mind, but gotta level to lvl138 and reset some skills first, I think.

 

Felt motivated to start farming again with multi-mage at roids after seeing the latest shad changes, so here I am.

While reading the latest balance patch, was thinking to myself, if multi-mage or roid somehow get nerfed, when I come back next year, would I be willing to farm super long hours with other methods, for example, duo mage ulu 2, or multi-shout at lupin.

And the answer is most likely no.

Honestly, farming at ulu 2 and multi-shout at lupin are fine actually, but after experiencing multi-mage at roid, the thought of going back to either of those 2 just feels super bad.

So, might as well farm now.

Goal - 15k common gacha tickets seem like a good number for now.

Began farming near the start of june, and I didn't farm for a few days... so, probably farmed for 7 days so far?

Current total gains:
1316 common gacha
147 rare gacha
510.1m
312 10% earring for luk

Also, I am leeching 4 of my chief bandits while I'm farming at roids, and so far, they have level-ed from lvl90 to lvl95. [With the new changes, just wanna get them to lvl129]
