Because going to the left side of PB is no longer practical, corsair is forced to go on the right side and tank big bang, which knocks them far away. This also makes it very difficult to maintain zerk on the 1/1s since they have to be ready to tank the big bang at all times.

Bucc has always been extreme good. Pre-patch buccs singlehandedly controlled PB aggro and allowed everyone else to go to the left side of PB and avoid most of the attacks. Post patch they arent quite at broken at maintaining aggro, but due to their iframes their dpm is largely unaffected from being on the right side, unlike most other classes who are forced to take a DPM loss from being on the right side.

Tangentially related but it looks like your signature might need another edit (#nerfpallies :sneaky:)

Well, paladins were considered by many at one point to be the best class before hammer was nerfed and HT was still the final boss.

Buccs, or any class with rush for that matter, can still singlehandedly manipulate(not control) PB during mainbody to have close to 0 unwanted mass seds to occur, but since I firmly believe this only matters & requires certain degree of understanding into how aggro works because of sliding bug being an issue for now, doing a quick gear check on bucc runners would be imperative.

To be more precise, what I meant is that buccs no longer enable left side strategies for other attackers. I'm aware that left side pin can still prevent any sed, but there seems to be no way (to the best of my knowledge) to allow attackers to be on the left side while buccs pulling aggro to right side anymore.

This post-patch tier list isn't accurate since they reverted the aggro, but afaik MMs vs BMs at PB is basically:

BMs do a bit better at statues (where it is largely free-fire DPM)
MMs do significantly better at body (because snipe is unaffected by damage reduction)
