My first ever character was before pirates, made a level 4X I/L mage. I remember spending hours fighting for channels in order to KPQ and LPQ, such that I'd wake up early, and go to best late, just to benefit from slower hours with a higher chance to get into a PQ channel.

My first time I chose cleric cause brother and other cousins pick other classes,
my level was 50 and camping at monster carnival for mezo teehehe

 

I made a warrior that had more dex than str

 

Coming back to private servers really hits different. I forgot how chill Maple used to feel before everything became about speed and efficiency. I also did some pretty questionable choices with my first characters back then, but somehow that made the game more fun. Nice to see so many people still here after all these years.

 

Welcome to MapleLegends friend! My first class ever was a warrior, specifically a Fighter. I really messed up my first character; I added HP I didn't need to and even a few points of LUK because I mistakenly believed I was going to die a lot and didn't want to lose my experience. Then when combined with too much DEX, I had a pitiful warrior that still couldn't hit the broadside of a barn. Ah, the days of being a teen and refusing to read guides.

I don't actually know what the other original servers were like, but on GMS
For example, it had what's here, and it was even worse because it had pg leech, In addition to being pay2win and/or pay2fast,
The only thing that wasn't here that's here is multimage
