Ninja Ambush and mabe other status skills

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Ninja ambush and maybe other status-inducing skills can damage NPCs
    What is supposed to happen?: You should not be able to damage NPCs with HP that you need to protect
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: I accidentally used Ninja ambush at the Moon bunny PQ and ended up lowering its HP to 1 and being killed
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): use Ninja ambush nearby the moon bunny (It may work on another NPCs with HP like Tylus on Elnath pq)
