No Scroll gained after finished a quest

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): I finished a quest "Building a house For "Blackbull"". We can choose one of the scroll listed for reward after finish this quest. I choose Bow ATT 10% scroll. But I didn't get that scroll. Only gained EXP, meso and fame according to the bottom left info.
What is supposed to happen?: get a Bow ATT 10% scroll after I choose
