    Their is no Stumpy mini boss at East Rocky Mountain 5.... been waiting there for a while now.

    It should spawn think the respawn is 3h not 100% sjure

    They did spawn eventualy, got 12 of the minibosses.

    As long as you're in the correct map (East Rocky Mountain V if memory serves) you should see it eventually.

    Just like what Lionheart said, there's always someone hunting these mini bosses. Just be patient and stay in the map for an hour or so and it should spawn.
