Low Oak Barrel Dispel

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Getting dispelled during the casting animation of Oak Barrel will only remove buff server-side, "locking" the player in a dark-sight state with few ways to reset state. Changing map, taking a death, or using a cash shop transform item (not other transforms like Rainbow Snail Shell) fix the skill state, while other methods (including recasting the skill) do not.

After getting "locked", touch attacks will continue to miss due to being in dark sight-like state and magic attacks will still hit, but not break the barrel as usual. Could not show getting hit with magic attacks in the video as there were no other targets for the boss to aggro to to continue attacking.
