Low Paladins elemental attacks have no animation to other people

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
    What is supposed to happen? paladins elemental attacks which are fire, Ice , lighting, and holy should have animation to other people not just for the user
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information I know the staff are aware of this bugged since it’s in the skill bugs forum, tho I have been playing for awhile, and I haven’t seen anyone bring this topic up, I wish that it will be fixed soon, since it takes away from Paladins identity.

    It's a very well known bug that's been on the backburner for awhile. I can imagine its due to other more pressin' matters that needs addressin' first.

    I would love to see this fix as soon as possible due to my bias towards Paladins though. :X
