Pierce Arrow damage is broken

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Pierce arrow damage is nerfed. Almost half of what it was pre patch (im considering 3, 4 and 5 target situation
    What is supposed to happen?: damage should be the same as pre patch
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: was solo JC and i failed by a large margin, then i went to @dpm check on dummy and confirmed. I can notice how the lines are weaker now
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): get a mm to cast PA on dummys

    Fixed with the hotfix patch coming soon.

    Info: We forgot about a change to Piercing Arrow we made way back in 2016 where charging became much shorter and the damage was modified (in .exe) as well. When we implemented our custom formula we based it on vanilla v0.62. Oops.
