    Does Legend want CPQ(Monster Carnival)?

    "voice of the community" isn't much of a thing here.
    Many complained about many stuff while only few were against it and nothing has been changed.
    For the good/the worst, ain't gonna give my opinion on this.

    I would like it yes but it would render LPQ useless and its wayyyyyyyyyyy faster than grinding so idk... to me it would take away the feeling of pain for every level that I remember so dearly, as soon as CPQ hit the scene everyone, however bad at the game, could reach 50 in the blink of an eye, that is why its a no for me(although if it does get implemented someday you will def see me there).

    Hey....don't take this the wrong way...but this is a x2 server. Noone should be pained to get to lvl50 by grinding ;)

    BUT HEY, thanks for actually giving the feedback as to why not, I honestly do appreciate the response! :)

    My favorite Maple days occurred before CPQ released. I'm not saying I don't enjoy CPQ but I prefer LPQ.

    If the staff team feels like the complexity of making the PQ vs payout for monster carnival isn't worth it, then it's probably best we trust their judgement; legends doesn't need anymore bugs at the moment. Also, lvls 30-50 are pretty quick at teddies/lpq, so it's not like there's no replacement for cpq.

    Not necessarily; I'm not the biggest fan of LPQ, but there are bigger things that the staff team is probably taking a look at than cpq(ie: general server stability, fixing cc dc, the new client, etc)

    Maybe we should just remove CPQ entirely as a regular thing that you get exp from, and reserve it for a GM-hosted event where you are actually meant to compete like a tournament, and the winner gets game cash?

    Of course, that's in the long run of things after having coded it all, but at least we wouldn't have some PQ everyone grinds and abuses for easy exp that doesn't consume any pots.

    Its not really about wanting or not wanting it, its about that we currently do not have the resources to code CPQ, as well as priority still is on PQ's that we actually do need like APQ. The Carnival NPC's will most likely be removed next restart since CPQ is not coming anytime soon.

    Kinda surprised about the poll results though
