Put a CD on Heron's skill

Previously, cleaves could hit the cwk pirate boss along with ranged and dodge the dispels and what-not. Now, because the cleaves take the aggro, it spams the ground slam skill which makes it invincible. When a ranged attacker dcs, we could still clear, even in a 4-man. Now, even with apples and gelts, it is ridiculously impossible to clear when cleaves are attacking.

Can we please give the the pirate's ground slamming skill a CD much like its dispel has a 20-second cd?
