Question about stimulators

    When crafting weapons using a stimulator, do the stats on the original weapon matter in determining the crafted weapon's stats? And does scrolling affect it at all? ie: I have a bunch of below avg concertos (lvl 100 gun) and a few decently scrolled above avg ones, if I give them all to Mos to make revolvers, I get the same resulting stats on average?

    When crafting any item the stats and slots do not affect the result.

    When using a stimulator the result will be random. Below average, average, or above average. If you don't use a stimulator the item will always come out average.

    There is also a 10% chance you get nothing when using simulators. (Item will boom)
