Reformatted Valuable Scroll Quests

When I first started there were a few guides that proved to be invaluable. One of which was the Valuable scroll quest list. However, it's been a few years and the guide hasn't really seen any love in terms of formatting.

I wanted to breathe some new life into this and hopefully help some new players! I've re-created the guide in a spreadsheet that is hopefully a bit easier to read, groups quest by levels, and has areas explicitly listed as well.

Let me know if you have any suggestions!

Note: Many of these quests have random rewards. I tried to pluck the most valuable possible rewards for each quest.

That's a good idea for players who might want to just do the guaranteed ones.
