Removal of corporate advertisements (Target, 7-Eleven, etc.)

    If they do not serve a practical purpose on the server, I feel that doing away with them would be best, if it is not too much work for something that is mostly rooted in aesthetic value. Truth be told, it is as much of a moral problem from my point of view.

    They were there for a thanksgiving event in GMS, so I agree they should be removed.

    The NPCS are easy to remove, but some of the advertisement is part of the background, so only true way would be to use some maps from before they were added.

    I don't think they should be removed only because its apart of the v62 setting.

    These NPCs were only around during Thanksgiving, so they weren't really part of Henesys. It just happens that v62 came out around Thanksgiving (or after) and they were in the Henesys map at the time, so they are in the files for v62. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that's the only reason they are in most v62 servers.

    You are 100% correct. Same goes for Turkeys, which are in the default mob/map files of 0.62.

    The MapleTV is more Maple-related than advertisements of real life companies. Would be nice if target and friends could be removed for same reasons mentioned by others. They are part of v62 but are un-maple-like.

    I will look into how the maps from earlier versions look like (alone already for curious reasons) and see if I can do something about it. A problem already is though that this needs a new map.wz release which is something I honestly wanted avoid since its so big.
