Remove CD on daily PB entries

    With the server host being problematic, and other uncontrollable bugs (double statue, Mini bean crash) can we remove this limit so if a run fails we're able to attend a diff run the same day?

    Many people can only run on the one scheduled day off and thus lose our chance to run PB for the entire week because of it
