Review of Archmage Partial Resistances

Hi team,

I was wondering if another AM had posted this but couldn't see anything.

I am an I/L Archmage and have maxed partial resistance in 3rd job which gives 70% resist to ice and lightning elemental attacks.

I am finding bosses that use lightning attacks are actually dealing the full 100% damage. Notable one is Ephenia, she literally electrocutes you like a cartoon character showing your skeleton. Full damage is applied. (Need a F/P AM to test the poison and fire spells she casts)

Another one I found is Ravana, on the rare occasion when he's not pinned left, the thunderbolt attack is not reduced also.

I think in my Horntail run, it was fine. I could see very low damage like 500 when Horntail used ice and lightning attacks.

Could we get a review on all bosses (maybe mobs too) and possible fix to elemental resistances on Archmages (and bishops if needed).

Been doing Pap recently and also noticing lightning attacks from him which does not seem reduced! This is on the assumption these boss attacks I've mentioned are all magic lightning and not physical lightning (if that's a thing)
