For now yes, because the fix will require new files, so that will come next patch.
The fix is already ready though.

 

A more detailed list of the changes that happened this maintenance:


Event Currency

• Goblin Coins gained from some Party Quests have been slightly increased:
  • Kerning PQ: 15 >> 20 Coins.
  • Ellin PQ: 25 >> 30 Coins.
    
  • Ludibrium PQ: 40 >> 50 Coins.
  • Orbis PQ: 50 >> 60 Coins.
  • Pirate PQ: 15 >> 20 Coins.

• Completing Kedrick's Fishing Quiz will now grant 50 Coins worth of progress towards Phan's Goblin Baton quest.
  • The coins will not be added to your actual Currency.
  • This effect will apply only if Phan's Goblin Baton quest is already in progress while the Quiz gets completed.
    If you still have available weekly quest clears, but you do not have it in progress, Kedrick will warn you about it, and give you the option to continue (thus losing those 50 Coins), or close his dialogue to first pick up the quest.

Warrior skill fixes

• Power Guard now correctly reduces taken damage again.
• Fixed a longstanding bug where Achilles would not trigger on attacks that were above a specific index in a boss list of attacks.
  Notably, among others, this should fix the following boss attack interactions that were reported:
  • Aufheben Genesis attack;
  • Some Jiaoceng attacks;
  • Nameless' "sonic wave" attack.
• Hex of the Beholder is once again undispellable.

Pink Bean

• Pink Bean is no longer affected by Hamstring and other non-elemental debuffs.
  • Despite us having opted to keep this interaction before, it seems to be causing the boss to glitch out of its attack patterns.
  • We may look into it again at a later time, but for now, the effect will be reverted to pre-summer.

VIP quality

• Cassandra's warp to Florina will now be free, if the player owns a VIP Ticket to Florina Beach.
