    This maintenance is a PATCH maintenance.
    You are required to download new files in order to play.
    Failing to do so will cause you to disconnect from the game.
    Downloads will be made available during the maintenance.

    Hello Maplers,

    We will be performing a Scheduled Maintenance on Friday, October 30. It will last approximately until it's done (it'll be long). Upon completion, the game will be brought back online and service will be restored. Once restored, you can log in and play!

    Time:
    5:50 PM server time
    (6:50 PM local time)

    What will be unavailable:
    • All MapleLegends game servers and channels
    • Merchants will be closed
    • In-game name change requests using @changeign automatically processed
    Changes and Updates:
    • Start of the Halloween Event (info during maintenance)
    • Halloween balance changes (info during maintenance)
    • Other changes will be mentioned during maintenance

    FM/Store changes so that new players can enjoy earning mesos the normal way.

    EDIT: mages skills a bit less clunky? So they they can use Magic Guard without getting bombarded by enemy monster attacks while trying to rebuff but the clunkiness of using a move denies you from using Magic Guard to save you. (Same mechanic as in Dark Sight even though you attack and press Dark Sight it triggers Dark Sight and you won't die to touch damage.)
