    It's completely legal to sell NX items and services for mesos right?

    You can't sell nx items here, but yes you can sell service (owl service, leeching servicing etc) for mesos.

    The only time you can sell NX items is if you win GM events which give you "Legends Game Cash" , this lets you gift NX items to people and then they pay you.
    You cannot do this with donor/vote cash
