    I have not thought of a cut off level but for a rough estimation, i'd say anywhere above Lv40 for requestees would be when i'd probably not issue any beginner's aid.
    For receiving help twice, i have stated in my rulebook that i only attend to requests in this thread for accountability purposes so as to prevent abuse of funds. SlimeSmile

    Accountability in terms of documenting who have received help so that i can prevent situations such as having the same player login to different characters to claim the beginner aid which should be reserved for legitimate beginners.
    That said, i only note players whom i have personally offered aid to.
    You can still approach our other friendly contributors such as Meepy. SlimeTongue
