Show additional information in @eph output, plus additional QOL changes

Suggestions for additional information for @eph output:

• Current date/time
• EPH recording duration
• Party members (level and job is enough) list at @eph output
• Map name
• Buffs used

Suggestions to make @eph easier/better to use:

• Allow stopwatch @eph function, i.e. able to stop and start eph recording anytime
• Only if the previous point is implemented - prevent eph recording from stopping on changing channels

Not everything needs to be implemented Just thought this would be nice and much easier to share exp per hour for maps and to update training guides.
