Day 3: got to level 35 and upgraded equipment!

Gach has not been kind and it looks like i'll be using this sword for a looooooong time
also jr. boogies are pure evil... never forget that
my acc and dmg are starting to be very very solid! can't wait to train at cursed eyes instead of evil eyes!

ALSO this is Jenna and she is HARDCORE she joined the challenge at lvl 10 instead of 20!!!!!!!!!!!

 

This looks amazing. too bad that i can't join right now cuz of summer event......
I hope brave challengers remain till I start and follow them. would be really fun!

actually I sudden started to make my champion, probabily will be CB in the end, to jump into THE DEEP DARK WET SLEEPY DUNGEON, making it quickly lv.20.

btw.... would it be possible to get out for a bit to get hair and eyes if I feel tedious for ones I have?

 

You’re allowed to leave for cosmetics and job advancements! Also there’s like a loose system of graduating and being able to go to other dungeons! (Deep ludi, deep sea gorge, el nath dungeon, and dead mines etc) In order to graduate from sleepywood you need to 1) hit lvl 70 and 2) solo jr balrog iirc

Challenge accepted. Just made my champion.

This is my second time to be locked in sleepywood after I being locked w/o my intention in my old-school day. -trauma-
Unfortunately I was too young to fight against such harsh condition and by that way my first maplechar in my life was abandoned.

Let's see how her destiny will be.

personal addition after lv.20 - NO gacha bcz i don't believe RNGesus, NO running on event periods because NPCing event pot is OP.

 

Day 3: Found this amazing surfboard! Gacha also gave earring dex 30%! Low key rich now . Def 10% on overall didn't pass sadly.

Day 0. Prepared to join challenge.

Decided to train bandit, but in style of sin-dit first, because, we know, L7 is too OP

I heard taking this SS is kinda "must-to-do step" for sleepylocked challenger. LEZ DO DIS!

Day 4: Dug myself out of the lvl 10 start penalty. One lucky scroll later on a set of earrings from Locked unlocked ant tunnel I training! > Pot burn is unreal though haha.

 

Day 6: hit lvl 43 still hunting lupins trying to get an aluminum baseball bat
but the good news is that cobbages gave me this slick new glove and i'm "rich" now

 

Is this idea gonna be revamped or something?.

 

What do you mean by revamped? Currently we have a few active players in sleepywood right now if you'd like to join.

 

Day 9: hit lvl 50, got big $$$, and finally found a baseball bat!

Everyday I pray to RNGesus for a sword... sadly my prayers fall unto deaf ears...
INSTEAD I GET BWGs and like 25mil worth of scrolls!!!!!
Should I gather 7 gfa 60% and drop them all on this bwg? LOL

You'll be rich when you go outside dungeon selling scrolls but
Jr.Barlog says "YOU SHALL NOT PASS"

I mean expanding the challenge to other dungeons like Deep ludi and El Nath dungeon.
Having 2 more bosses : Papulatus and Zakum that are medium and hard bosses.
If want to rename the challenge it would be : Dungeon Specialist.
But if only want to grind in sleepy to 200 is fine.

 

Personally my game plan is to stay at sleepy until I solo jr balrog and hit lvl 70. After that I’m going to be training between deep ludi, deep sea, and dead mines/Nath dungeon until 120. After I hit 120 I’m going to boss hunt, card hunt, and quest. Also I’m not allowing myself to transfer items from other accounts. I just want to “live off the land” haha

 

Are people still active in this challenge? Thought I'd give it a go myself since this sort of thing is right up my alley.





Currently lv.11 (overshot EXP) and just went through 1st Job advance.

A little short on funds but nothing I can't earn back with a few mobs.

Where's the rush? You're going to be stuck there till level 70 anyways

Either way, I may play on my challenger a bit after event is over. I have some archer stuff that I can hand down once start levelling.

Last I checked in though, guild Sleepywood was only shrinking :/ where are you guys?
