Closed Small freezes with equip drops

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): My screen gets 1 sec freezes with equip drops, when people use big smegas and occasionally when I use skills.
    What is supposed to happen?: no freezes
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: everywere
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional): I tried everything in the settings file and maple systems option, I also couldn't find a thread about this. :( is there a solution to this?

    Yea it worked :D put VPN on USA and freezes were gone. Thanks!
