Medium SP reset to bypass preq of HS

    Hello,

    Not sure if this is known or not. I did this completely by mistake I was wanting to reset out of SR into HS but without thinking did it with dispel, bypassing the prereq.

    What is supposed to happen?: unable to put point into HS without 3 in dispel
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: at level 71 when resting skills using an AP reset
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    3 points in dispel, sp reset 1 out of dispel and into HS, avoiding prereq
    Extra information (optional):
    can confirm HS is functional with this set up.
