Starting new here, looking for a guild

Hi,
I've played here in the past, but now I'm starting new with a new character, would probably need to make some friends and join a guild, and make new friends and get some help on things and so on.
If there's any beginner friendly guild here, I'd like to join please. I'm going to be quite active, I try to play almost everyday for a few hours or so.
I'm talkative too. I like chatting in guild chats.
I started a thief, will be a Bandit. IGN is Natan1.
Only level 10 right now, but will level up fast.
